RETURN POLICY

General Returns – Please contact us at support@remasteredinkind.com before you return a product. We do not offer returns for wrong sizes or for buyer’s remorse. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the part of our fulfillment company are covered at their expense.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment company’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Refunds – We generally do not offer refunds. We offer exchanges based on the criteria set forth in the above statements. If you are dissatisfied, however, please contact us and we may be able to reach an amicable solution based on our discretion.
