Growth is a Choice [SS Tee – Navy]

Concrete is a tough ass material but over time it will crack a little bit. So when people refer to a “rose growing through concrete”, it’s not that the rose is tougher than the concrete. It’s that the rose was patient and diligent enough to find the cracks.  The same goes for the caterpillar. For it to realize its potential, it literally has to digest its old self to make room for new cells to grow and begin the transition to a butterfly.  In both situations life has a choice: Grow or die. 

We have the same choice.  We can choose to grow into a better situation and our better selves or stay put and “die” from the what-ifs.
